重组人血管内皮抑制素具有抗血管生成作用,副作用小。与化疗联合或单药治疗晚期恶性肿瘤,可提高疗效,改善生活质量,延长生存时间。在临床具有一定的应用前景。
Recombinant human endostatin （RHE） effect. In treatment of advanced malignant carcinoma, has anti-angiogenetic effect with acceptable side RHE combined with or without chemotherapy can enhance treatment effect, improve quality of life, and prolong survival.
