摘要
将我国水产品卫生标准微生物指标与国外发达国家与组织进行分析与比较,指出我国水产品卫生标准存在的问题,并提出修改标准的意见和建议。
Comparing with developed countries and standards organizations, there exist some deficiencies in the hygienic microbiological criteria system of marine products in China. Suggestions were forward to modify the national standard system of marine products hygiene in this paper.
