在概述前人对信息伦理研究的基础上,初步论述卫生信息伦理的概念,阐述几种主要的原则与规范,包括卫生人员的职业信息伦理、卫生信息管理利用中的伦理原则、卫生信息存储和传播中的伦理原则、卫生网络信息伦理原则。

Based on an overview of previous research on information ethics, the paper discusses the concept of health information ethics preliminarily, and concentrates on the main principles and norms, including： occupational information ethics of heahh staffs, the ethical principles of health information management and utilization, health information storage and dissemination, and health network information.
