司法精神鉴定案例的记忆测量及对照研究

本文采用ＷＭＳ及模具分别对５２名精神病违法者和５４名在押的正常人犯进行测量发现两组的ＭＱ、ＬＴＭ、ＳＴＭ和ＩＭ均有显著性差异（ｐ＜００１），说明精神病人的记忆功能有削弱。本文对ＷＭＳ内部构成的定量分析发现ＭＱ与ＳＴＭ的简单相关系数最大（ｒ＝０８８），ＭＱ与ＬＴＭ、ＳＴＭ、ＩＭ均呈正偏相关，而各分量表之间均呈负偏相关，说明ＬＴＭ、ＳＴＭ、ＩＭ是独立存在的记忆形式。通径分析说明ＳＴＭ对ＭＱ的作用最大，通径系数为０５５。

WMS was used for measuring memory of 52 mentally illed offerders and 54 normal pretrial offenders.There was siginificant difference between MQ,LTM,STM,IM in these two groups(p<001),and showed memory disorder in the psychiatric patients.As elements in WMS were analyszed,the correlation coefficient of MQ and STM was 088.The partial correlation coeffieients of MQ and LTM,IM were all positive correlation,elements of each other was negative partial correlation and explained each element in WMS was indepen dence.The path coefficient of STM to MQ was 055.
