摘要
对68例TRH兴奋试验患者同时测定FSH、LH、PRL。68例中,男17例,女51例;平均年龄396岁。甲亢22例和甲减25例分为两个亚组:Ⅰ组为甲功已恢复正常,Ⅱ组仍为病理状态;其他21例。结果:TRH兴奋试验甲亢Ⅱ组呈无反应,其余各组呈正常或活跃反应;PRL变化与TSH一致,各病例组相同时相的PRL和TSH值对照,相关系数均在09以上(p<005);FSH、LH测定值各病例组及同一组各时相之间方差分析无显著性差异。讨论:TSH、PRL除甲亢病例外均有不同程度增加,而FSH、LH无明显变化,此结果与文献报道相同。PRL与TSH具有良好的一致性,可用PRL来取代TSH作为TRH兴奋试验的观测指标。甲亢PRL对TRH的反应低于其他病例组,提示甲状腺激素可能对PRL的分泌有负反馈调节作用,类似于靶腺激素。
group 68 patients(17 male,51 female),an average age of 316 years(range 11~65),were given TRH stimulating test.Both TSH and other hypophysis hormones(FSH,LH,PRL)were measured.Among 68 cases,22 hyperthyroid cases were divided two subgroups,as were 25 hypothysis cases.The patients of subgroup one had recovered there health and subgroup two suffered still from illness.There were 21 cases with various disease besides these patient.Results:hyperthyroid subgroup two failed to respond to TRH and all other subgroups had a normal or overnormal reaction.PRL was on an equally with TSH.Between PRL and TSH of all subgroups in same phase,relation coefficient was above 09(p<005).Neither value of FSH nor LH had differnce in all subgroups and all phases of same subgroup.Discuss:our results had proved by some eaasies.PRL could replace TSH as observation index of TRH stimulating because it was on an equally with TSH.In our paper,a response of PRL to TRH in hyperthyroid subgroup two was lower than all other.This result suggested thyroid hormone was one of the regulated factors for PRL secreting.Thyroid hormone reflectively inhibited hypophysis from secreting PRL and it was similar to hormone of target gland.
