急性脑梗死偏瘫患者早期康复护理

Early rehabilitation care for acute cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia.

目的:评价急性脑梗死偏瘫早期康复护理的临床作用。方法:将75例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为康复组和对照组。两组均给予常规药物治疗,康复组40例患者在病情稳定48h后就进行肢体功能训练的康复护理,对照组则给予一般常规护理。结果:康复组患者治疗后在提高运动功能方面优于对照组,神经功能缺损程度和继发功能障碍的发生率明显低于对照组。结论:早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复,防止继发功能障碍的发生,提高患者的生活质量,有着重要的意义。

Objective：To mvestigate the clinical significance of early rehabilitation care in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia. Methods ：75 patients of acute cerebral infarction with hemiplegia were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group. The two groups were all gived the conventional drug treatment, the rehabilitation group of 40 patients was trained for the rehabilitation of limb function care in stable condition after 48 - hour, the control group was just gived the general routine care. Results：The rehabilitation group after treatment is superior to the control group in improving the motor function , the inci- dence of the neurological deficits and secondary function barriers is significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion ：Early reha- bilitation care has a positive significance in the recovery of neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction, preventing the occurrence of secondary barriers, and improving the quality of the patients life.
