海南省普通高校体育教师队伍现状的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the present situation of physical education teachers in general colleges and universities in Hainan province

根据高校体育教学改革对高校体育教师素质方面提出的各项要求，通过对海南省普通高校体育教师的调查。从高校体育教师综合素质培养与提高、高校体育教师队伍建设等方面入手，对海南省高校体育教师素质培养与队伍建设进行分析研究。为建立一支具有良好的政治业务素质、结构合理、相对稳定的教师队伍提供一条有效途径。

Based on the investigation of the present situation of physical education teachers in general colleges and universities in Hainan Province according with the quality demands of PE teachers proposed in the quality training province. It also p the PE teaching reform in general and construction of PE teachers in colleges and universities, the paper general colleges and universities in ut forward one of the effective ways in strengthening teachers of good analyzed Hainan political quality, reasonable structure and relatively stability.
