摘要
学校教师业务考绩档案是干部人事档案工作的重要组成部分。建立健全教师业务考绩档案，不仅对学校教学、科研及学校师资队伍的建设工作等方面起着重要作用，而且对于新时期干部人事工作具有特别重要的意义。
