食管癌术后胸内吻合口瘘患者的健康教育对策

目的:探讨食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘患者的健康教育对策。方法:对12例食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘患者及其家属的健康需求进行交谈式调查,从他们与医护人员的沟通与交流中,了解他们对并发症出现后治疗方面的依从性,对康复锻炼的掌握程度及对我们护理能力的信任情况,从而寻找吻合口瘘患者的最佳健康教育对策。结果:12例食管癌术后并发吻合口瘘的患者除2例死亡外,其余经适时实施有针对性健康教育后,患者增强了战胜疾病信心,心理状态稳定,精神面貌好,基本能掌握康复锻炼的知识。结论:患者及家属对护士的健康教育对策表示满意。

Objective： To study health education for patients with esophageal stomal leak after esophageal cancer operation. Methods： A total of 12 cases with esophageal stomal leak after esophageal cancer operation were interviewed. By the talking between the patients and staff, investigated their therapy dependence and understanding to the recovery exercises and trust to nursing ability when complication of esophageal stomal leak happened. The best way of health education for patients with esophageal stomal leak was studied. Results ： The patients＇ believe to defeat the disease was strengthened and mood was stable and psychosis was good and understanding to the recovery exercises was eligible beside 2 patents died. The patients and family numbers were satisfied with the nurses＇ health education.
