摘要
目的:调查急救人员的心理健康状况并寻找对策。方法:对惠州市区4所综合性医院136名急救人员,124名普通病房的医务人员应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行问卷调查。结果:急救人员SAS及SDS评分、抑郁和焦虑的发生率均比普通病房人员高(P<0.05)。结论:急救人员工作强度高、心理压力大、人际冲突多是导致其心理健康状况差的原因,必需采取有效的措施来保障其心理健康。
Objective:To explore of mental health in emergency ambulance personnel and look for strategies to improve theirs mental health level. Methods: Using Self - Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS ) and self - rating depressive scale ( SDS ), questionnaire investigations were conducted in 136 emergency ambulance personnel and 124 general ward medical personnel from 4 general hospitals in Huizhou. Results:The total scores of SDS and SAS and the incidence rate of depression and anxiety in emergency ambulance personnel were higher than those of medical personnel in general wards. Conclusion: High work and mental stress, more conflicts between person and person cause bad mental health in emergency ambulance personnel. We must adopt effective means to improve theirs mental health level.
