社会转型时期,当代大学生身上出现了许多功利化行为,如在学习、交往、政治追求和就业方面表现出功利化倾向。大学生功利化行为的成因主要在于高等教育的功利化影响、社会市场竞争及其多元文化的负面影响、学校环境的影响和大学生自我意识过度膨胀的影响。针对大学生的功利化行为及其成因,可采取如下策略来矫正:一、引导当代大学生树立正确的功利观;二、确立全面的教育价值观;三、构建科学人文相融合的大学理念;四、加强理想教育和素质教育。

Here are some strategies to solve the problems： 1.to guide modern college students to build up correct utility idea; 2. to elect idea of all round educational value; 3. to construct the view of science and humanity blending together; 4. to strengthen ideal education and quality education.
