瘢痕修复液治疗增生性瘢痕300例临床观察

A clinical observation for 300 cases of hyperplastic scar by the repair scar in liquid.

目的:观察中药制剂瘢痕修复液对增生性瘢痕的治疗效果。方法:用瘢痕修复液外涂患处,每日3～5次,15 d为1个疗程,连续使用2～4疗程后观察效果,观察随访6个月～2年(平均1.0±0.5年)。结果:临床治愈195例,显效75例,有效18例,总有效率为96%。结论:瘢痕修复液是一种治疗增生性瘢痕的安全有效、使用方便的中药制剂。

Objective ： To observe the clinic effect of hyperplastie sear by the Traditional Chinese Medicine preparation of repair sear in liquid. Metheds ： To observe the effect of topically with repair sear in liquid three to five times per day and continuous using two to four courses of treatment, it was compared with hydroeortisone, and follow - up observed six months to two years （ average 1.0 ± 0.5 years）. Results：Cliuieal cure accounted for 195 eases, marked effect in 75 cases, effectiveness in 18 eases, the total effective rate was 96%. Conclusion：The repair sear in liquid was a kind of Tradietional Chinese Medcine preparation for treatment of hyperplastie scar safety, effective and convenient to use.
