摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对普通外科手术后疼痛的影响。方法:采用非随机对照临床研究方法,将160例胃肠道及乳腺癌手术后患者分为干预组和对照组,对照组进行常规镇痛治疗和护理,干预组进行综合护理干预。采用视觉模拟评分法评估患者术后疼痛程度。结果:干预组患者术后镇痛效果优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),各护理干预措施与疼痛控制情况之间呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:综合护理干预可提高术后镇痛治疗效果,有效缓解患者术后疼痛。
Objective ： To explore the influence of systematic nursing intervention on pains after operations of general surgery. Methods： 160 patients having undergone operations on gastrointestinal tract and breasts were divided into two groups at random： the intervention group and the control group, the patients in the control group got conventional treatment in pain relief and nursing while those in the intervention group received systematic nursing intervention. The degree of the patients＇ pain after the surgery was evaluated with Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）. Results： The effect of pain relieving in the intervention group was better than that in the control group, the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and there being marked positively correlation between the care interventions and the result of pain control （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Systematic nursing could improve the effect of pain relief treatment after surgery.
