摘要
目的:实施层级全责护理模式,提升病人对护理服务的满意度,提高护理质量。方法:随机选择3个试点科室为观察组,实施层级全责护理,改变排班模式,缩小护理单元,固定责任护士对病人进行连续性护理,对服务对象产生"我的病人"的概念;同期随机选择3个科室为对照组,实施传统护理模式护理。3个月后对两组病人的护理满意度进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果:态度热情和谐、倾听与交谈、健康指导、定时巡视病房、对病人的尊重、呼叫处理及时、疾病预防指导等7个项目组间比较均差异具有显著性(P<0.05),"知晓护士姓名"组间具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),其余4个组间在统计学上差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:层级全责护理模式有利于提供连续性护理,提高了病人的满意度,促进护患关系,提高了服务质量。
Objective: To improve the satisfactory rate of patients and nursing services by hierarcheal full - primary nursing system. Methods: Six wards were randomly chosen from the hospital and divided into control group and observation group, with each group having 3 wards. The control group carried out routine holistie nursing model, and the observation group carried out a new hierarchical full -responsibility nursing system. Reforming the nursing scheduling and adiminishing the nursing unit to assure that the patient in the observation group could acquire the continuous and stable nursing service when they were in the hospital. A survey was carried out in each group after three months. Results : The survey showed the difference between the observation group and the control group were significant in the 7 aspects and very significant in the one aspect which have related with the intervention measures. Conclusion :The hierarchcal full- primary nursing system could provide the continuous nursing, and then improve the satisfactory rate of patients and the quality of nursing servicse.
