摘要
目的 :探讨细胞介导的细胞毒作用在感染性心内膜炎发病中的意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学技术 ,对 18例感染性心内膜炎患者和 11例先天性心脏病患者的瓣膜标本的浸润细胞表型和穿孔素进行了检测。结果 :在感染性心内膜炎瓣膜的浸润细胞中 ,发现有 CD+4细胞 10例 ,CD+8细胞 14例 ,CD+16细胞 12例 ;先心瓣膜 (或心肌 )仅 2例有少数的 CD+4细胞。穿孔素仅见于有 CD+8和 /或 CD+16细胞的 14例感染性心内膜炎标本中。结论 :细胞介导的细胞毒作用可能是感染性心内膜炎发病中的重要环节之一 ,穿孔素是由 CD+8与
Objective:To clarify the role of cell- mediated cytotoxicity(CMC) in pathogenesis of infectious endo- carditis(IE) ,Methods:The phenotypic infiltrating lymphocytes and perforin were detected by immunohistochemistry in the valve specimens of 18patients with IE and 11patients with congenital heart diseases. Results:1In the IE valves specimens CD+ 4cells in ten,CD+ 8cells in 14and showed CD+ 16 cells in 12 cases.Whereas in specimans of congeintal weait disease,only2 had few CD+ 4cells;2 Perforin was only detected in the valves specim ens of IE patients infiltrated with CD+ 8and CD+ 16 cells.Conclusion:The data indicates that CMC m ay also be one of the major pathogenetic factors of IE.Perforin,as the effector molecule released by CD+ 8and CD+ 16 cells may play a critical role in the valve damage occurring in IE.
