摘要
目的 :观察 L -丙酰肉碱对异丙肾所致心肌损害的保护作用并探讨其机制。方法 :采用小鼠腹腔内注射异丙肾上腺素造成心肌损害模型 ,心肌切片 ,HE染色 ,光镜下观察心肌损害程度 ;应用电子顺磁共振观察 L-丙酰肉碱对二甲基亚砜 DMSO碱性有氧体系产生自由基的作用。结果 :注射异丙肾上腺素前应用 L -丙酰肉碱明显减轻心肌损害程度 ;L -丙酰肉碱明显抑制 DMSO碱性有氧体系中超氧阴离子自由基 ( O2 )的产生。结论 :L -丙酰肉碱能保护心肌免受大剂量异丙肾的损害 。
Objective:To investigate the protective effectof L - propionylcarnitine on myocardial damage induced by isoproterenol and its mechanism of action. Methods:2 9mice administered isoproterenol (16 mg/kg× 2 day,ip.) were di- vided into control and treatmentgroups.Sections of heartwere stained with hematoxylin eosin and the degree of myocar- dial damage was evaluated microscopical.Its effecton generation of free radical in alkaline DMSO system was detected by ESR.Results:Pretreatm entwith L- propionylcarnitine in the two groups(7.5 mg/day and3.2 5 mg/day,ip.) ,in both the degree of myocardial damage were significantly reduced.L - propionylcarnitine could significantly suppress the generation of. O2 . Conclusion:L - proopionylcarnitie can protect the myocardium from damage of largedose of isoproterenol.Its anti- free radical effect may be one of the mechanisms of its protective effect.
