双耳刺激、双侧记录的脑干听觉诱发电位在围脑干肿瘤手术中的监护

Intraoperative monitoring of brainstem auditory evoked potentials of biaural stimulation and bilateral recording in tumors around brainstem

目的 :研究脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)在围脑干肿瘤手术中进行监护的临床应用价值。方法 :用双耳刺激、双侧记录的脑干听觉诱发电位对 13例围脑干肿瘤 (桥小脑角除外 )进行术中监护。结果 :所有病人在手术操作时 ,均出现 BAEP改变 ,按其改变程度大致可分为轻度改变、中度改变和重度改变三种。结论 :BAEP改变程度能反映脑干功能受影响程度 ,重度改变是脑干功能受到不可逆损害的具体指标 ;术中 BAEP监护有助于提高手术效果 。

Objective: To study the clinical value of intraoperative monitoring of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in tumors around brain stem Methods: Intraoperative monitoring of BAEPs of biaural stimulation and bilateral tecording were done in 13 patients with tumors around brainstem (except the CPA) Results:All patients had wave deterioration of BAEPs during the surgical procedures, and the degree of deterioration could be divided into three ctegories: modest, moderate and severe Conclusions:The degree of deterioration of BAEPs could reflect the function of brainstem, Severe changes in BAEPs was the sign of dysfunction of brainstem The intraoperative monitoring of BAEPs can improve the operative effectiveness,and predict the prognosis
