当代大学生肩负着国家的重任,他们的素质如何关系着国家的未来。随着市场经济的发展、开放步伐的加快,他们接受西方的东西越来越多,对传统文化的缺失日益明显。然而,传统文化中一些优秀的人文精神对于加强大学生的自身素养、树立正确的人生观、世界观、义利观,以及正确处理人际关系都起着不可替代的作用。因此加强传统文化教育是时代的需要,是大势所趋。

The undergraduates are committed to the national obligations, and their competence is decisive for the future of the nation. They are prone to the western ideology owing to the speedy opening and market economy, thus revealing deficiency of the traditional culture. The paper argues for the brilliant humanities to be helpful with their qualification, philosophy, world view, and utility.
