摘要
新近《劳动合同法》的实施,为劳动者权益的保护提供了新的工具。在实行聘任制的高校,对教师权益的保护能否与新近实施的《劳动合同法》精神一致,颇受人们关注。广大高校应当趁《劳动合同法》实施的良机,从制度建设、聘任合同、程序规范和权利救济等方面,切实保护高校教师的合法权益。
The law of employment contracts being put into force is considered as a protection for the interests of the labor force. As concerns grow, the focus is the agreement of employment of the institutions of higher education and the law of employment contract. The writers claim to safeguard the interests of the teaching staff.
