康复治疗在高血压病治疗中的疗效及其分析

Therapeutic effects of rehabilitation therapy in patients with essential hypertension

目的:观察康复(非药物)治疗在高血压病(EH)治疗中的疗效。方法:门诊80例轻、中度EH患者被随机分为依那普利组(对照组)和康复组(各40例),康复组在依那普利治疗基础上增加康复治疗,对两组治疗4周、8周时的治疗有效率及血压数据进行统计学分析。结果:治疗4周时两组血压差异无显著性(P>0.05),8周时总有效率康复组的显著好于对照组(82.5%∶72.5%),血压也较对照组显著改善[(120.54±8.16)∶(127.14±10.71)mmHg/(80.10±9.25)∶(88.10±7.96)mmHg],差异有显著性(P均<0.01)。结论:康复治疗在高血压治疗过程中疗效肯定,临床不可忽视。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of rehabilitation therapy in patients with essential hypertension （EH）. Methods： Eighty mild or moderate EH patients were averagely divided into two groups： Rehabilitation group （treated with enalapril and rehabilitation therapy）, and control group （treated with enalapril alone）. The effective rate after 4 weeks and 8 weeks were compared between two groups. Results： After 4 weeks treatment, the blood pressure of two groups didn＇t had significantly difference （P〉0.05）, but after 8 weeks treatment, the total effective rate （82.5%） and blood pressure[ （120.54±8.16） / （80.10±9.25） mmHg] in rehabilitation group were surpassed to control group [72.5%, （127.14±10.71） / （88.10±7.96） mmHg respectively] （P〈0. 01 all）. Conclusion： The long-term therapeutic effectiveness of rehabilitation therapy in patients with essential hypertension is definitive.
