柯萨奇B组病毒在心血管疾病发生中的作用

摘要 目的:了解柯萨奇B组病毒(CVB)在心脏疾病患者中的感染状况,探讨CVB感染与心血管疾病的内在关系。方法:采用间接酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)和反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR),进行CVBIgG抗体和核酸检测。结果:心脏病组CVB IgG阳性率为44.8%(112/250),对照组抗体阳性率为16.7%(18/108),两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。CVB RNA检测结果显示,心脏病组阳性率为20.4%(51/250),对照组为3.7%(4/108),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在心脏病患者中CVB感染较普遍,应引起重视。 Objective: To study the infection of Coxsackie virus B (CVB) in cardiovascular disease and correlation between infection of CVB and cardiovascular disease. Methods: The enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction were performed to examined the CVB IgG antibody and nucleic acid. Results: The positive rate of CVB IgG antibody in cardiac disease group was 44. 8% (112/250), and significant higher than that of control group (16.7%, 18/108), P〈0.05. The positive rate of CVB RNA in cardiac disease group was 20.4% (51/250), and significant higher than that of control group (3.7%, 4/108), P〈0. 05. Conclusion: The infection of CVB is widespread in cardiovascular disease patients, must pay more attention to that.
