急性心肌梗塞伴发高血糖的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 高血糖在急性心肌梗塞患者早期甚为常见,无论其既往是否患有糖尿病,血糖升高和预后不佳明确相关,是死亡的独立预测因子。本文综述其发生率和原因,对预后的影响,并初步评价以胰岛素为主要干预措施的疗效。
