加巴喷丁对糖尿病神经痛患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子α水平的影响 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF GABAPENTIN ON PLASMA TNF-α LEVEL IN THE MANAGEMENT OF PAINFUL DIABETIC NEUROPATHY

摘要 目的:探讨加巴喷丁用于治疗糖尿病神经痛对患者肿瘤坏死因子α表达水平的影响。方法:选择糖尿病神经痛患者24例为糖尿病神经痛组,糖尿病无神经痛患者24例为糖尿病组,成年健康体检者24例为正常对照组。应用ELISA法测定三组研究对象血浆肿瘤坏死因子α的含量。结果:糖尿病组患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子α的含量显著高于正常组(P<0.01),糖尿病神经痛组患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子α的含量显著高于糖尿病组(P<0.01),加巴喷丁治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:肿瘤坏死因子α参与糖尿病神经痛的发病,加巴喷丁治疗糖尿病神经痛效果确切,但不能显著降低肿瘤坏死因子α的水平。 Objective: To investigate the effect of gabapentin on plasma TNF-α level in the patients with painful diabetic neuropathy. Methods: The plasma protein level of the pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α were detected using ELISA in three groups: patients with painful diabetic neuropathy, diabetic mellitus patients without painful neuropathy and healthy control subjects. There were 24 cases in each group. Results : The level of TNF-α in diabetic mellitus patients was higher than that in the healthy control subject (P 〈 0.01 ). Patients with painful diabetic neuropathy had a higher level of TNF-α than diabetic mellitus patients without painful neuropathy (P 〈 0.01 ), and the TNF-α concentration in these patients was not decreased with oral administration of gabapentin( P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion: Gabapentin is effective for the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy and its adverse effects are mild. Although the activation of the TNF-α involves in the development of painful diabetic neuropathy, gabapentin has no significant influence on the plasma TNF-α level in the patients with painful diabetic neuropathy.
