摘要
通过故障树方法辨识出可能导致氯乙烯聚合反应器发生爆炸的基本事件,及其与聚合釜爆炸之间的逻辑关系。利用危险与可操作性研究方法分析了工艺中可能导致聚合釜爆炸的工艺偏离及其产生的原因和后果,明晰了工艺危险性的主要控制因素。针对聚氯乙烯生产工艺提出安全控制措施。
Fundamental events resulting in explosion on the chloroethylene polymerization reactor was found out. Further, dangerous runaway of reaction condition and its causes and effects were analysed and the key factors for the risk of reaction process were identified. Finally, some suggestions were proposed to reduce the risk of the reaction process.
