摘要 根据石化企业安全评价存在的模糊性和随机性特点,在建立涵盖安全管理、工艺过程、作业环境、人员素质、生产设备和安全教育等一级指标的安全现状综合评价指标体系的基础上,建立二级模糊综合评价模型。应用Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具,采用模块化的程序设计方法开发模糊综合评价系统平台,应用该平台对某顺丁橡胶生产装置安全现状进行了综合评价,得出其安全状况为"较好"。该系统平台能实现对该类企业的综合评价,具有一定的现实意义。 In view of the existing fuzziness and randomness in the safety comprehensive evaluation for petrochemical enterprise, an index system for the comprehensive evaluation of safety state, which comprises the first - class indices such as safety management, process, work environment, staff quality, production equipment, safety education, was put forward, and then a two stage fuzzy assessment modal for the evaluation of safety state of petrochemical enterprise was established by applying the theory of fuzzy mathematics. Visual Basic6.0 is used to design the evalutaion system, a safety slate comprehensive evaluation on the production installation of the Cisl, 4 Polybutadiene Rubber was carried out through applying thismodel, result shows the safety state for this installation is"the better". It was proved that the system can deal with the comprehensive evaluation efficiently.
