With the rapid develpment of industrial producing, city constructing and traffic, the harm to people caused by noise becomes worse and worse, especially the workers in interrelated job who get noise occupational disease. This paper expounds all kinds of the harm caused by noise occupational disease detailedly; at the same time, basing on correlative law and standard, combineing the preventive measures proposed by advanced scientists nowadays, brings forward some reasonable, systemic safety and preventive measures.
