江西CDM项目开展情况及前景展望

CDM Projects and Prospects in Jiangxi

CDM(Clean Development Mechanism)是《京都议定书》规定的跨界进行温室气体减排3种机制之一,是发达国家为实现其部分温室气体减排义务与发展中国家进行项目合作的机制,也是发达国家和发展中国家在气候变化领域进行的国际合作。本文在概述国际国内CDM项目开展情况的基础上,重点研究了江西省的项目开展情况,并根据江西的实际情况和发展趋势,作了较为合理的前景展望。

CDM （Clean Development Mechanism） is one of three mechanisms of the ＂Kyoto Protocol＂ provided for cross-border greenhouse gas emissions, is the co-operation mechanism between the developed countries to achieve part of their obligations to cut greenhouse gas emissions and carry out projects with developing countries, and also is the bilateral cooperation between developed and developing countries in the field of environmental protection. In the paper, on the basis of overview the international and domestic situation of CDM projects, the author focuses on the project in Jiangxi Province, and makes more reasonable prospects in accordance with Jiangxi actual situation and trends.
