非线性PID控制器应用于主汽温控制的研究

摘要 针对传统线性PID控制器中因参数固定导致的控制品质下降的问题,分析了控制器参数与对象误差的理想变化关系,给出控制器参数随误差变化的非线性函数,构建非线性PID控制器,并利用Simulink中的NCD模块进行参数整定。利用非线性PID控制器对某电厂主汽温控制系统的仿真结果表明,非线性PID较常规PID具有更好的控制品质和鲁棒性。 To solve the problem of ever-declining control quality of conventional PID controller resulted from fixed control parameters, ideal variation relationship between control parameters and control objects was studied, and thus a non-linear function obtained, and a non-linear PID controller built up, of which the parameters was tuned with NCD module Simulink toolbox. The non-linear PID was applied to the main steam temperature control of a certain power plant. Simulation results show that compared with conventional PID controller, the non-linear one has better control quality and robustness.
