摘要
结合MS6001型燃气轮机,对基于知识的燃气轮机故障诊断技术进行了研究。介绍了系统的总体结构,建立了基于框架的热力参数的知识表示方法。通过总结发生单一故障情况下燃气轮机的故障诊断规则,设计了基于产生式规则的推理方法,实现了系统的诊断功能。结果证明,这是一种行之有效的故障诊断研究方法,具有实用价值。
With a MS6001 gas turbine as an example, this paper has studied gas turbine fault diagnosis based on knowledge. After the introduction of system structure, the knowledge presentation of thermal parameter, which is based on framework, is established. Through summarizing the fault diagnosis rules when a single fault arises, a reasoning method based on production rule is designed and the fault diagnosis function is realized. The result indicates that the method is effective and practicable.
