摘要
通过对测量参数分析可知:单畴磁性纳米微粒体系的磁矩分布参数与粒径分布参数具有对数线性关系.如果微粒的饱和磁化强度已知,则粒径分布的特征参数可直接变换为磁矩分布特征参数,由此可得到磁矩分布函数和平均磁矩.作为实例,研究了CoFe2O4纳米微粒体系的磁矩分布.
According to the analysis of measurement parements, it is found that there is a logarithm linear dependence between magnetic moment and size distributions for single domain magnetic nanoparticle system. While the particles saturation magnetization is determined, the characteristic partments of size distribution can he transformed directly into the ones of the moments distribution. Thus, the magnetic moment distribution function can be written out and the average magnetic moment can be calculated also for the system. Making an example, the magnetic moment distribution of CoFe2O4 nanoparticle system is studied.
