摘要
在我国自主品牌核电技术CPR1000示范工程——岭澳核电二期建设中,稳步推进核电关键材料、设备国产化工作。以安全壳低松弛预应力钢绞线国产化为例,介绍其产品要求、研究流程、特别是试验认证。实践证明,完全国产化的预应力钢绞线满足张拉工艺要求。
During the construction of CPR 1000 demonstration project Ling＇ ao Nuclear Power Plant（phase- Ⅱ ）, one owner promotes localization of manufacture of key material and equipment for nuclear power plants. Taking the localization of manufacture of underrelaxation prestressed steel strands for containments for example, it is presented that the demands on products, research flow charts, particularly the demonstration by tests. It has been prayed that the home steel strands can meet the tension requirements.
