主体功能区构建的人口政策研究

On the Population Policy in Constructing Main Functional Zones

文章揭示了我国人口分布的基本特征和主要问题,分析了我国人口迁移的特征、原因、动力和空间分布特点,以及我国主体功能区人口变化的方向和趋势,提出了主体功能区构建的差别化人口政策体系,分别针对优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区、禁止开发区提出了政策目标和建议。

This paper first reveals the basic characteristics and central problems of population distribution in Chma, analyzes the features, reasons and motives of population migration and the spatial distribution, and then tries to describe the changing direction and trend of population of the main functional zones. Based on this, the paper gives a differential population policy system of the main functional zones, with different objectives and suggestions according to optimizing developing zones, emphasizing developing zones, restricted developing zones and forbidden developing zones, respectively.
