摘要
技术标准专利化的趋势使得领先联盟的企业可以获得较大的市场势力。企业联盟作为一种虚拟组织需要不同于市场和层级治理的协调机制。由于虚拟企业内部的信任可以减少交易成本、降低市场风险和有利于创新,因此,信任是一种不同于价格和行政命令的组织间协调机制。文章认为,企业组织间信任的产生不是纯粹的非理性动机驱动的结果,而是基于两种动机——理性动机与非理性动机共同作用的结果,要发展组织间的信任协调机制必须从两种动机入手,一方面建立联盟的利益保障机制,另一方面进行人际关系运作。
The trend of patent technology standards makes leading corporations obtain larger market advantage. As a kind of virtual organization, enterprise alliance demands different governance mechanism from market and hierarchy. Comparing with adjustment by price and order, trust serves as a coordinating mechanism for the successful operation of a virtual enterprise in cutting down transaction cost, reducing market risk and improving innovation. This paper advance that the trust among corporations is not shaped only by non-rational factors but also by rational factors. These two kinds of factors co-affect enterprise alliance's trust development mechanism and play an important role in the establishment and development of trust among members of a virtual enterprise.
