β内酰胺类抗生素的皮肤过敏试验现状及建议

Current situation and suggestion about skin sensitivity test of β-lactam antibiotics

目的对目前我国β内酰胺类抗生素的皮肤过敏试验现状进行分析探讨。方法通过对β内酰胺类抗生素过敏机制原因的分析及国内皮肤过敏试验现状的了解,结合我国现行的管理措施,对该类药物临床是否应进行皮肤过敏试验提出建议。结果和结论β内酰胺类抗生素用药前,应仔细询问病史,有明确过敏史者禁用;青霉素类药物使用前,应进行皮肤过敏试验;头孢菌素类药物皮试可不作为常规,但对青霉素过敏者应用拟用药物进行皮试。

To discuss and analysis the current situation about skin sen- sitivity test of β-lactam antibiotics in China. Methods The sensitivity＇s mechanism of β-lactam antibiotics, introduce the situation and administration measures of skin sensitivity test were analyzed in China. The suggestions about skin sensitivity test of β-lactam antibiotics were proposed. Result and Conclusion Ask sensitivity history carefully before use β-lactam antibiotics. If the patient has sensitivity history, β-lactam antibiotics couldn＇t be used. Skin test should be done before use penicillin, cephalosporin＇s test can＇t be done as routine. If the patient is sensitive to penicillin, skin test should be done by pre-selection therapeutic drug.
