摘要
目的对藏北某部采用分散式供水自备井实施整改措施并对其效果进行分析。方法对藏北某部水质三级以下的分散式供水自备井[参照《国家饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-85)和《农村实施<生活饮用水卫生标准>准则》对水质进行评价和分级]进行整改,并对整改措施和整改前后的水质结果进行检验。结果7口水质三级以下的自备井(其中三级水质2口、不合格水质5口)整改前检测26项指标分别有7~13项指标超标,超标率26.92%~50%;通过污染防治、制度化管理、重建深水井和原浅水井结构的标准化改建等整改,7口井检测26项指标分别有0~4项超标,标超标率仅0~15.38%,整改后7口井水质均达二级以上。结论藏北某部采用分散式供水水质三级以下的自备井治理,措施有效、水质改善明显,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To analyze the improving measurements and effectiveness of the water quality of self-served wells in dispersed pattern of a troop in northern Tibet. [ Methods] The self-served wells in dispersed pattern with the water quality level under Class Ⅲ were Adjusted and transformed according to water quality evaluation and classification of National Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water ( GB5749 - 85 ) and Practicing Guideline for Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water in Rural Area, the results of the water quality before and after the implementation of improving measurement were analyzed. [ Results ] Before the implementation, 7 self-served wells with the water quality level under Class Ⅲ ( among which, 2 of Class Ⅲ and 5 with disqualified water) had 7 - 13 items in 26 items beyond the standards, the over standard rates were 26.92% - 50% ; through the implementation of prevention of pollution, institution management, reconstruction of deep wells and structural standardization of primary shallow wells, 0 - 4 items of 26 items of the 7 wells surpassed the standards, the over standard rates were only 0- 15.38%, the water quality of these 7 wells all reached to Class Ⅱ after the implementation of improving measurements. [ Conclusion] The water quality of those self-served wells in dispersed pattern with water quality level under Class Ⅲ of a certain troop in northern Tibet was significantly improved which suggested that these measurements were effective and deserved to be spread.
