风险评估指数法在某技改项目职业病危害预评价中的应用

Application of The Risk Assessment Code in Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in A Technical Transformation Project

目的对某技术改造项目进行职业病危害预评价,探讨风险评估指数法在评价过程中的应用,以达到在该项目设计与施工过程中指导企业采取相应方法和措施,减少工作场所职业病危害因素对作业工人的影响。方法采用风险评估指数法对该项目可能产生职业病危害因素及拟采取的防护措施进行评价。结果该项目在初期评价指数为6和8,属于中度风险;在设计、施工和生产管理中采取相应的防护措施后评价指数为18和19,属于低度风险。结论该项目在采取了一定的防护和管理措施的情况下,可以减少发生职业病危害的风险。

[ Objective ] To pre-evaluate the occupational hazard in a technical transformation project, and explore the application of risk assessment code in the pre-evaluation, so as to guide the enterprise to adopt preventive method and measures to reduce the occu- pational hazard in the workplace. [ Methods ] Risk assessment code was used to evaluate the potential occupational hazard and the protective measures which would be adopted in the project. [ Results ] The index of the primary evaluation was 6 and 8, which belonged to middle level range. After adopting preventive measures in design, construction and production management, the two indexes became 18 and 19 which were in the low level range. [ Conclusion] After taken some preventive methods and management measures in the project, the occupational hazard can be reduced.
