九江市农民有机磷农药使用及急性中毒情况回顾性调查 被引量:2

Retrospective Investigation of Organophosphorus Pesticide Use and Acute Poisoning in Peasants of Jiujiang City

摘要 目的了解九江市农民有机磷农药使用及发生急性中毒情况。方法采用随机入户调查的方法,使用自制《有机磷使用情况调查表》,对九江市辖属九江县、湖口县、修水县和永修县年满50周岁的482名农民中使用有机磷农药和曾经发生急性中毒情况进行回顾性调查。结果482名农民中,90.4%的农民使用过有机磷农药,93名农民曾发生过有机磷急性中毒,占使用人数的21.3%。结论有机磷农药特别是剧毒有机磷农药在以往的农业生产中使用非常普遍,且容易引起喷施者急性中毒。 [ Objective ] To investigate the use of organophosphorus pesticide (OP) and the occurrence of acute poisonings in peasants of Jiujiang City. [ Methods] Random survey was conducted on 482 peasants aged over 50 years from Jiujiang County, Hukou County, Xiushui County and Yongxiu County, by using self-made " use of organic phosphorus questionnaire". [ Results] Of 482 peasants, 90.4% had used organic phosphorus, 93 C21.3% ) had been poisoned by organophosphate. [ Conclusion] Organophosphorus pesticides, particular the highly toxic organophosphorus pesticides, are used very common in the agricultural production and easily lead to acute poisoning easily in the processes of spraying.
