摘要
目的研究桑叶对小鼠的辅助降血糖功能。方法给予成年雌性小鼠四氧嘧啶(45mg/kg iV)建立高血糖模型。筛选高血糖模型动物40只(尾血血糖值在10~25mmol/L范围内)随机分4组,每组10只,以0.1、1.0、3.0g/(kg·d)设置剂量,灌胃量为0.02ml/(g·d),对照组给予同体积溶剂蒸馏水,连续灌胃30d后比较各组空腹血糖及糖耐量值。结果3.0g/(kg·d)剂量组桑叶咀嚼片对正常小鼠体重及空腹血糖值未见影响;1.0、3.0g/(kg·d)剂量组能明显降低四氧嘧啶高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖值、升高其空腹血糖下降率并降低给予葡萄糖后0、0.5、2.0h的血糖曲线下面积,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论桑叶具有辅助降血糖功能。
[ Objective ] To study the function of mulberry leaf in assistant decreasing blood glucose. [ Methods ] Tetraoxypyrimidine was given to female adult mice for model of high blood glucose. 40 mice whose tail blood glucose were between 10 - 25 mmol/L were selected and divide into 4 groups, 10 for each group, dose settings of 0.1,1.0,3.0 g / (kg·d ), gavage volume of 0.02 ml /(g·d ), the control group was given distilled water as the same volume of tablets given to the other three groups for 30 days, the blood glucose and sugar tolerance of limosis mice in different groups were compared. [ Results ] 3.0 g (kg·d ) of the tablet had no effect on the weight and fasting blood glucose values of normal mice; 1.0,3.0 g/[ kg. d) of the tablet could significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose values, increase rate of decline in fasting blood glucose and reduce the area under the glucose curve after giving glucose for 0,0.5,2. 0 hours in tetraoxypyrimidine hyperglycemic mice group, compared with the control group, the difference was significant. [ Conclusion] Mulberry leaf has the function of assistant decreasing blood glucose.
