水中三氯乙烯的气相色谱毛细管柱测定法 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立一种用气相色谱毛细管柱测定水中三氯乙烯的方法。方法采用顶空法,当顶空瓶中三氯乙烯在气液两相中达到动态平衡时,取顶部气体进样,经毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果方法最低检出浓度为2.5μg/L,当标准溶液浓度在2.5~80.0μg/L范围内,其相对标准偏差为0.42%~2.55%,线性相关系数r=0.99989,样品加标回收率98.4%~102.5%。结论该法灵敏度高,干扰少,峰形好,适用于水中三氯乙烯的测定。 [ Objective ] To establish a trichloroethylene determination in water by capillary vessel column gas chromatography. [Methods] Headspace method was adpoted. When triehloroethylene reached dynamic equilibrium in gas-liquid two phase in the headspace vial, the headspace gas was taken as the sample, then separated in capillary columns, and detected by electron capture detector. Its quality was determined by the retention time span, its quantity was determined by peak area. [Results]The minimum detectable concentration by this process was 2.5 μg/L, when the range of concentration of the solution was between 2.5 - 80.0 μg/L,its deviation was 0.42% -2. 55%. Linear correlation coefficient r = 0. 99989, sample added recovery was 98.4% to 102.5%. [ Conclusion] With high sensitivity, less interference and good peak shape, this method is applicable to the determination of trichlorethylene in water.
