汉中市纯净水厂卫生状况调查分析及对策

Investigation on Sanitary Condition of A Pure Water Plant and Its Countermeasures in Hanzhong City

目的了解汉中市纯净水生产企业卫生状况。方法设计专用调查表逐家调查登记,同时抽取各生产企业成品库中待售的桶装饮用纯净水进行检验。结果纯净水抽检合格率较低,以2004—2008年83份检测报告统计,不合格指标主要是菌落总数,夏秋季合格率仅为52.0%,冬春季为81.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.66,P<0.01);电导率合格率仅为72.3%。。结论汉中市纯净水生产企业总体规模小,自动化程度低,卫生设施不全,卫生管理处于较低水平,卫生部门应加强监督指导和培训,企业应加大资金投入,提升设备档次,完善卫生设施及管理。

[ Objective ] To understand the sanitary condition of a pure water plant in Hanzhong City. [ Methods ] Designed question- naire was adopted to conduct house-by-house survey, the bottled water in the manufacturing enterprises＇warehouse were sampled and tested. [ Results] The qualified rate of sampling was relative low ; in statistic of 83 test reports during 2004-2008, the major unquali- fied indicator was total bacteria, the qualified rate in summer was 52.0%, that in spring was 81.8%, the difference was significant （ X2 = 7. 66, P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the qualified rate for conductivity was only 72.3%. [ Conclusion] The overall scale of pure water production enterprises is small, with low degree of automation, incomplete hygiene facilities, low level of sanitary management. The health department should strengthen supervision and training, the enterprises should increase investment, upgrade equipment levels, and improve sanitation facilities and management.
