纯音听力测试结果评价标准在内河船员体检中的应用体会

Application of Evaluation Standards of Pure Tone Audiometry in Health Examination among River Sailors

目的探讨纯音听力测试结果评价标准在内河船员体检中的应用。方法分别运用《内河船员体检要求》及《职业性噪声聋诊断标准》对清远市白庙水运和新北江航务公司的147名内河船员纯音听力测试检查结果进行评定。结果参加检测的147名船员按照《职业性噪声聋诊断标准》检出轻度噪声聋3人,检出率为2.04%,3人应调离噪声工作岗位;按照《内河船员体检要求》检出不合格的39人,检出率为26.53%,对不合格者没有说明处理意见。结论在对内河船员的听力测试结果评价中按《职业性噪声聋诊断标准》评价结果较为具体、清晰,处理原则明确清楚,更有利于开展船员的职业健康监护工作。

[ Objective ] To explore the application of pure tone audiometry＇s evaluation standards in health examination among river sailors. [ Methods] A total of 147 sailors from Baimiao Water Transportation Enterprise and Xinbeijiang Navigational Fairs Enerprise were conducted pure tone audiometry, the results were evaluated according to ＂Physical Examination Requirements for River Sailors＂ and ＂ The diagnostic criteria of occupational noise deaf＂. [ Results] Of 147 sailors; 3 （2.04%） were detected mild noise deaf, 3 had to change their jobs, according to ＂Physical Examination Requirements for River Sailors＂ ; 39 （26.53%） sailors were detected unqualified according to ＂ The diagnostic criteria of occupational noise deaf＂ , and there were no resolution suggestion for the unqualified sailors. [ Conclusion]The evaluation standards of pure tone audiometry in river sailors according to ＂ The diagnostic criteria of occupational noise deaf＂ are specific and clear, and the principle of management is definite. So it is conducive to the implementation of occupational health supervision for sailors.
