Simultaneous Determination of Mercury and Arsenic in Drinking Water by Double Channel Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中汞、砷的方法。方法利用微波消解样品预处理技术,一次性分解样品并通过对各种分析条件进行优化和探讨,实现生活饮用水和水源水中汞、砷的同时测定。结果测定汞、砷回收率分别为87.5%~105.0%、93.8%~98.7%,汞、砷检出限分别为0.04、0.34μg/L;精密度均小于5%。结论该法操作简单,分析速度快,其方法精密度和准确度均能满足测定方法的要求。 [ Objective ] To establish simultaneous determination of mercury and arsenic in drinking water. [ Methods ] The microwave digestion sample pretreatment technique was adopted to conduct sample disposable decomposition. Through various analyses of condition optimization and exploration, the simultaneous determination of mercury and arsenic in drinking water was realized. [ Resuits] The recovery rates and detection limit of mercury and arsenic were 87.5% -105.0%, 93.8% -98.7% ; 0.04, 0.34μg/L respectively. The accuracy were less than 5%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple and fast, whose precision and accuracy meets the requirements of determination.
