新生儿听力筛查240例分析

摘要 目的根据诱发性畸变产物耳声发射法(DPOAE)初筛通过情况,确定测查的合适时间及DPOAE的应用价值。方法用DPOAE测试240例出生后2~5d的新生儿。结果正常新生儿初筛通过率83.1%,高危儿通过率66.7%。结论筛查时间最好在新生儿日龄3d及以后进行。应加强对高危儿的听力筛查及随访,以便及早确诊,进行早期干预。 Objective To decide the reasonable testing time and to evaluate the distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE) in neonate hearing tests.Methods The neonate were screened by DPOAE within their first 2-5 days.Results The percent of pass of first hearing screening in full-term neonate was 83.1%,and in high risk neonate was 66.7%.Conclusion The best time of first neonate hearing tests is 3 days after their births.In order to make a diagnosis as soon as possible,the hearing tests and follow-up visit after treatment to the high risk neonate should be enhanced.
