rhIGF-Ⅰ在肌腱修复术中的应用及生物力学研究

摘要 目的研究重组人胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(rhIGF-Ⅰ)在肌腱修复术后的作用。方法将48只来亨鸡随机分为两组,实验组24只,在吻合口处滴加rhIGF-Ⅰ,对照组24只,于第三趾屈肌腱切断修复术后在吻合口处滴加生理盐水。分别于第3、5、8、12周时切取吻合段肌腱行大体观察及生物力学测试。另取6只作为未手术组,取其第三趾肌腱不行特殊处理即行生物力学测试。结果术后实验组和对照组的肌腱最大抗拉力较未手术组均明显降低,实验组最大抗拉力、最大延伸率均高于对照组,实验组肌腱模拟主动屈曲度比对照组降低。结论局部滴加rhIGF-Ⅰ可以促进肌腱内在性愈合。 Objective To investigate the effect of rhIGF-Ⅰ during tendon repair.Methods Forty-eight Leghon cocks were divided into two groups and performed flexor transection and anastomosis,then normal saline(control group) or rhIGF-Ⅰ(experimental group) were administrated locally.Biomechenics characters were analyzed at 3,5,8,12 week respectively after operation.Anothor six Leghon cocks were dealed with biomechanical testing without intervention.Results The maximum pull strength in the experimental group and control group were lower than normal group of non-intervention.The maximum extension and the maximum pull strength of tendon was higher in experimental group than that in control.But the stimulate active flexion(SAF)of experimental group was lower than that of control.Conclusion rhIGF-Ⅰ promotes healing during tendon repair.
