171名正常健康人T波峰-末间期的检测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨检测正常健康人群的T波峰-末间期(Tp-Te间期)及Tp-Te/√RR间期的临床意义。方法采用国际上推荐的筛选正常健康人方案,随机选取171名正常人做12导联同步心电图,分别测量12个导联的Tp-Te间期,并计算出Tp-Te/√RR间期作为心率校正后的Tp-Te间期。结果171名正常人群Tp-Te间期总均值为(74.42±12.43)ms,Tp-Te/√RR间期总均值为(82.79±15.15)ms。12导联中V2导联的Tp-Te间期及Tp-Te/√RR间期最长,分别为(86.46±12.34)ms及(96.17±14.90)ms。男性均值Tp-Te间期为(75.96±12.99)ms,Tp-Te/√RR间期为(84.53±16.04)ms;女性均值Tp-Te间期为(72.21±11.22)ms,Tp-Te/√RR间期为(80.29±13.39)ms。男性在胸导联上Tp-Te间期及Tp-Te/√RR间期均比女性延长,两者有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论检测正常健康人群的Tp-Te间期,为临床建立Tp-Te间期正常参考值提供一定的依据,并且可根据男女性别来建立不同的诊断标准。 Objective To measure Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te/√RR interval in normal healthy population and to approach their clinical significance.Methods One hundred and seventy-one normal healthy subjects were selected randomly in our study,and the inclusive criteria was in accordance with the international recommendation.The 12-lead synchronized ECG was performed on all subjects,and Tp-Te intervals were measured respectively on each lead.Tp-Te/√RR intervals were calculated as heart rate-calibrated Tp-Te intervals.Results The average Tp-Te interval in 171 normal subjects was(74.42±12.43) ms,and average Tp-Te/√RR interval was(82.79±15.15) ms.Among all the 12 leads,it is the V2 lead in which Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te/√RR interval was the longest((86.46±12.34) ms,(96.17±14.90) ms).In male,the average Tp-Te interval was(75.96±12.99) ms,and the average Tp-Te/√RR interval was(84.53±16.04) ms,while female average Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te/√RR interval were(72.21±11.22) ms and(80.29±13.39) ms respectively.The male Tp-Te interval and Tp-Te/√RR interval in chest lead were significantly prolonged compared with female's(P〈0.01).Conclusion Our study was aim to measure Tp-Te interval in normal healthy population,and then to provide basis for establishing Tp-Te interval normal range.According to our study,the diagnostic criteria should be established by gender,as Tp-Te interval was variant in male and female from our research.
