液氮冷冻联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect on chronic eczema treated by liquid nitrogen refrigeration and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets

目的观察液氮冷冻联合盐酸左西替利嗪对慢性湿疹的治疗作用。方法将84例慢性湿疹的患者随机分成A、B两组,A组和B组均口服盐酸左西替利嗪片,每次10mg,每日1次,连续服用1周为一疗程。其中A组在以上治疗方法的基础上,同时合并使用液氮冷冻治疗,隔日1次,连续3次为1疗程。结果A组与B组总有效率分别为97.6%和73.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组复发率为17.1%,B组复发率为64.5%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论液氮冷冻联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著,不易复发。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect on chronic eczema with liquid nitrogen refrigeration and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets.Methods Eighty-four cases of chronic eczema were divided into 2 groups randomly.The A group and B group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets by oral drugs,once 10 mg,once per day,continually taken for a week.On the base of therapy above the treatment group combined with liquid nitrogen refrigeration,once per day,3 times as a period of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.6 % in A group and 73.8% in B group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate is 17.1% in A group and 64.5% in B group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Liquid nitrogen refrigeration and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets on chronic eczema was effective.
