摘要
介绍了银杏叶酒的制备及质量标准.采用高效液相色谱法测定黄酮甙含量.用十八烷基化学键合固定相为填充剂,甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液为流动相.流速1.2ml/min,检测波长为368nm,以槲皮素为对照品,用外标法计算出黄酮甙总含量,结果表明,测定方法可行.
Yinxingye Wine was prepared and its quality standards were established. Flavonecontent was also determined by HPLC, using octodecyl chemically bonded solid phase forpacking column. 0. 5% phosphoric acid-water for mobile phase, 1. 2 ml/min of flow rate,368nm of detection wavelength, quercetin as control sample. And total flavone content wascalculated by external standard method. This method is available.
