摘要
用甲苯二异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇合成预聚体,与胺类化合物反应,再用环氧氯丙烷进行改性,合成了聚氨酯型的靛蓝染色织物耐臭氧色牢度提升剂。试验结果表明,预聚时-NH2/-NCO(物质的量比)为2.0,封端反应30min,环氧氯丙烷/胺根物质的量比为0.75时,制备的聚氨酯提升剂应用效果最好;其优化的应用工艺条件为:浸轧聚氨酯提升剂分散液20g/L,80℃烘干,100℃焙烘3min,或采用10%(owf)提升剂于浴比1:20浸渍整理织物,其耐臭氧色牢度可由原来的1—2级提高至3级。
The prepolymer prepared with TDI and polyether glycol was terminated by amine compound and then functionally modified with epichlorohydrin, and synthesized the color fastness improver to ozone for indigo-dyed cotton fabric. The results showed that the effect of the polyurethane improver was the best under the condition of -NH2/-NCO (mole ratio) 2.0 during pre-polymerization, blocking reaction 30 minutes, mole ratio of epichlorohydrin/amine 0.75. Optimized application conditions were as follows: padding dispersion solution of polyurethane improver 20 g/L, drying at 80℃ baking 3 minutes at 100℃ ;or impregnating the fabrics with 10% (owf) improver under liquor ratio of 1 :20, the color fastness to ozone increased from 1 -2 grade to 3 grade.
