摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析了再生麻纤维的形态和超分子结构。选用直接大红4BS染料对再生麻纤维进行染色,绘制了再生麻纤维染色的吸附等温线,计算了有效吸附容积、染色亲和力、染色热和染色熵,并与粘胶纤维染色的热力学参数作了对比。结果表明,直接大红4BS在再生麻纤维上的吸附等温线与粘胶纤维相同,属Freundlich型;其对再生麻纤维的染色亲和力随温度升高而减小;在相同条件下染色时,直接大红4BS对再生麻纤维的染色亲和力以及染色热和染色熵的绝对值都比对粘胶纤维染色时高。
The morphology and supramolecular structure of regenerated flax fiber were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. Direct Red 4BS was used to study some parameters in dyeing thermodynamics of regenerated flax fibers. The adsorption isotherm of the regenerated flax fibers was plotted, their effective adsorption volume was detected, their dyeing affinity, heat and entropy were calculated, and the data were compared with those of rayon fibers. The results showed that the isotherm of regenerated flax fibers was similar to that of rayon fibers. They had much higher dye affinity, dyeing heat and dyeing entropy than rayon fibers when dyed with Direct Red 4BS at the same temperature.
