摘要
采用放射配基结合分析和放射竞争性蛋白结合分析法,比较观察补肾健脾方龟芪散对连续激发哮喘的大鼠肺组织糖皮质激素受体(GCR)及血浆皮质酮的影响。结果表明,哮喘激发后肺组织胞浆GCR密度逐日下降,血浆皮质酮水平降低;激发第7天,龟芪散可显著上调GCR密度(P<0.01).并使血浆皮质酮水平明显上升(P<0.05)。以上实验结果提示,龟芪散治疗哮喘可能与其上调GCR,提高血浆皮质酮水平作用有关。
In this experiment, the effects of the recipe with actions of kidney- nourishing andspleen- invigorating Guiqi Powder on glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) of lung tissue andplasma corticosterone of rats with successive asthma attacks have been investigated by theradioligand-blinding assay and competitive protein binding radio-assay. As a result, afterasthma attack, the GCR density of asthmatic model group decreased day by day and theplasma corticosterone level also decreased. In the 7th day after asthma attack, Guiqi Powdercould significantly raise GCR density (p<O. 01) and plasma corticosterone level (p<O. 05),which suggested that the curative effect of Cuiqi Powder for asthma be on the basis ofregulating up GCR and raising plasma corticosterone level.
